摘要 针对传统运算曲线法计算任意时刻短路电流有效值的精确性问题, 引入IEC标准及电路理论, 利用节点导纳矩阵推导出电力系统短路时任意时刻短路电流的实用计算机算法。该方法解决了将IEC标准应用于软件求解的问题, 综合考虑两类节点电压方程进行简化计算, 能自动完成系统短路时任意时刻短路电流衰减周期分量及非周期分量的求解, 不仅大大减轻了传统运算曲线法的工作量, 且计算结果更为精确。通过运用于伊朗RUDBAR水电站实例, 验证了算法的准确性与有效性。

Abstract:For the situation of the traditional operational curve method to calculate theinstantaneous short circuit current effective value is not accurate enough, a practical computerizedmethod making use of node admittance matrix based on the International Electrotechnical CommissionStandards and circuit theory is proposed to calculate the instantaneous short circuit current with highaccuracy and little user effort. A combination of two kinds of node voltage equation are used tosimplified calculation and can automatically calculate the periodic components of varying short circuitcurrent at anytime, and the aperiodic components of the symmetric short circuit current. The validity ofthe method with the example of Iran RUDBAR hydropower station is proved.
