Research of Active Disturbance Rejection Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of poor control performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) at low speed, ADRC instead of PI controller in speed control loop of the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor system is proposed. According to the strong coupling and nonlinear characteristics of the PMSM, direct torque control and active disturbance rejection control are discussed, the control system of PMSM based on ADRC-DTC is designed and the simulation model is constructed. The simulation results show that at low speeds, permanent magnet synchronous motor control system based on ADRC-DTC has small overshoot and fast response of speed, small torque ripple and small current distortion.
