Abstract:With the development of the distribution network, geographical spatial density of power equipment lines and complexity of the network topology is increasing, also including ever-changing loads and infrastructure continue to change, so that timely and effective distribution network planning is very important. The traditional distribution network planning is mainly funded through a large collection of the status information, and then obtains the multiple sets of planning program through professional analysis, choose the best technical and economic solution through the scheme comparison. Because the distribution network equipment were widely wide and frequently changed ,it led to a huge amount of work to collect the raw data which was questioned in accuracy, and was not conducive to the subsequent sharing and utilization of the planning results.This paper presents a research schemes based distribution network planning of vector graphics which can obtain the planning and status data, such as equipment account information, geographical position information, power grid topology and load data from the production management system, geographic information management systems, electrical collection system and SCADA systems data, show the integration data based on vector graphics, achieve network planning visualization, regulate drawing data management and reserve project for identification and selection, and solve the problem about the source of distribution network planning and construction processing.
