摘要 随着电子式互感器及合并单元技术的应用,数字采样技术已经成为了变电站继电保护及控制系统的重要组成部分。合并单元假设电网频率固定为50Hz,以每周波80点的固定采样率对电网进行等间隔采样.当电网频率发生偏移时会导致傅里叶计算出现频谱泄漏进而影响幅值和相位的准确性。针对此问题,本文提出在IEC 61850便携式测试仪中采用三相软件锁相环准确跟踪电网频率,结合重采样技术实现幅值和相位的高精度计算。仿真结果表明通过采用三相软件锁相环,在电网电压存在频率变化时仍能准确的跟踪电网频率。

Abstract:With the widely application of Merging Unit in the smart substation, the Digital Sample Value technique becomes an important part of the substation relay protection and control system. Assuming the grid frequency is fixed at 50Hz, the Merging Unit samples the power system with equal interval sampling technology at 80 samples per circle. When the frequency of the power grid changes, the Fourier algorithm will introduce the frequency leakage and the accuracy of both value and phase will greatly decline. To overcome this problem, the three phase soft phase-locked loop is adopted in portable IEC 61850 test equipment. Combining the three phase soft phase-locked loop and the re-sample technology, the portable IEC 61850 test equipment can still achieve high measurement accuracy when the system frequency is variable. The simulation confirms the conclusion.
