摘要 近年来,随着国民经济的稳步发展,尤其在社会主义新农村建设以及“家电下乡”等惠农政策的激励下,农村地区加工业蓬勃发展,致使在用电高峰时段,部分地区的客户端电压偏低,给居民生活带来诸多不便。为了解决低电压问题给用户造成的生活困扰,首先应分析造成低电压问题的主要原因,然后对应原因提出理论上的治理措施。最后通过实例分析,采用 PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件建立农村配电网基本供电模型,模拟仿真了供电半径过长、输电线线径过小、配变超重载、三相负载不平衡造成配电网低电压问题的基本情况,并且通过仿真验证不同情况造成低电压问题的治理措施。

Abstract:In recent years, with the steady development of national economy, especially under the stimulation policy of new countryside construction and “village appliances”, the voltage is lower than the demand of user at peak times. It brings a lot of inconvenience to the life of people. In order to solve the problem of the low voltage, this article firstly analyzes the main causes of low voltage. Secondly, it advances the measures for the corresponding causes to control the voltage. And then, this paper uses the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software to establish the rural distribution network power supply model based on actual case, and it simulates the low voltage causes about the long power supply radius, big transmission line diameter, overloaded distribution transformer and the three-phase unbalanced load. Finally, it verifies the measures for the low voltage.
