Design of Network Human-machine Interaction Interface for Physical Simulation System of Complex Distribution Network

Abstract:Based on the Kinco MT4512 HMI (Human-Machine Interface), a human-machine interaction interface system for a dynamic simulation system of the distribution network is designed. Through the analysis of system structure and function, based on the modular thought, a set of design scheme is put forward, and the realization process is introduced in detail. By combining with PLC using Ethernet communication mode, it can realize automation control for dynamic simulation system. After practical application, it shows that the design of HMI can finish on-site operation and real-time monitoring well, and it can effectively improve the reliability and stability of the simulation system.
