摘要 共模扼流圈是EMI滤波器中重要的磁元件,其漏感能够作为差模电感衰减差模噪声,但当漏感较小时,无法满足差模噪声的衰减要求,漏感太大容易造成磁心的饱和,故共模扼流圈的漏感是一个需要优化的参数,应对其漏感值进行预测计算。本文基于有限元分析,对不同尺寸、不同绕组夹角的共模扼流圈的漏感进行3-D仿真,基于漏感的仿真结果与尺寸、绕组夹角间的关系,推导一种计算共模扼流圈漏感的数学模型。通过对样品测量,结果验证了数学模型的正确性。

Abstract:Common Mode Choke is an important magnetic component of EMI filter. leakage inductance of CM choke can be used as differential mode inductors to attenuate differential mode noise. when leakage inductance is small, it may not meet the requirements of differential-mode noise attenuation, however when it is big, it is easy to cause core saturation, so leakage inductance of the common mode choke is a parameter needed to be optimized and predicted. Based on finite element analysis, some 3-D common mode chokes of different sizes, different angles between two windings are simulated. Based on the relationship between simulated inductances and CM choke sizes, angles between two windings,we can derive mathematical model of the leakage inductance of the common mode choke. The sample measurements verify the correctness of the mathematical model.
