摘要 针对风电并网发电系统的功率波动问题,本文研究了一种基于双回路SOC调节的混合储能系统风电场功率平滑控制策略。对含有全钒液流电池和锂电池的混合储能系统,通过双回路SOC调节控制,合理分配锂电池和液流电池的实际输出功率,并实时更新混合储能的荷电状态。该控制策略实现了风电有功功率的平滑需求,并且使锂电池和全钒液流电池的SOC值稳定在安全范围内,可以有效减少锂电池的充放电次数,达到保护电池的目的。通过仿真实验,验证了该控制方法的有效性。

Abstract:A power smoothing control strategy in wind farm for hybrid energy storage system, on the basis of double-circuit SOC adjustment, is proposed according to the power fluctuation of wind power integration into power system. For the hybrid energy storage system installed vanadium redox flow battery and lithium battery, double-circuit SOC control is employed to guarantee the actual output power of the lithium battery and the liquid flow battery can be allocated reasonably and the state of the hybrid energy storage system can be updated in real time. The smooth requirement of active power of wind power is realized through the proposed control strategy, meanwhile, the SOC value of the lithium battery and the vanadium redox flow battery can be stably kept within a safe range, which can reduce the charge and discharge times of lithium battery effectively and protect the installed battery subsequently. The effectiveness and validity of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation results.
