Abstract:Transient voltage detection technology has become one of the important means of high voltage switch cabinet status detection.However, there is no standard to test the technical performance of transient voltage partial discharge detector. This problem causes the transient voltage detector in the purchase, acceptance process is difficult to evaluate. The article described the Mechanism of TEV on the surface of switchgear and the method of detecting Instrument working. Based on the problem of TEV equipment selection, Signal simulation test method and simulation fault test method are proposed. At the same time, the validity of the two methods is proved by experiments.
