Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental results from researchers, the design of 72.5kV double-break vacuum circuit breakers with rapid repulsion actuator was presented. It uses H-type structural advantages to achieve voltage distribution. It is composed of two standard 40.5kV vacuum interrupter in series at the bottom, driven by a permanent magnetic rapid repulsion actuator and has a good opening and closing performance. The permanent magnetic rapid repulsion actuator includes rapid repulsion actuator and magnetic retentivity actuator, using their own structural advantages to achieve voltage distribution. On the basis above, we produced the prototype, and the superiority of the design was verified through the experiments.
