Abstract：PV poverty alleviation is the implementation of the State Council to implement the "top ten precision poverty alleviation project" one. Since the National Energy Board additional provinces in 2016, the scale of 100 million kilowatts since the provinces and cities PV poverty alleviation project "blowout" growth. In order to ensure the rapid development of the national photovoltaic power generation and the stability of the power grid after the grid connection of the PV power station, this paper analyzes the principle of PV poverty alleviation, the way of upgrading the poverty-stricken power station, the investment payback period, and the practical difficulties of analyzing the poverty alleviation work and practical experience for other provinces and cities to provide a reference for poverty alleviation work.
