Abstract:With the increasing scale of the power grid construction, the increasing investment in advanced technology and equipment and the rapid increase in the investment scale of the distribution network, how to improve the investment efficiency of the power grid and ensure the good and continuous development of the power grid enterprises is the key work of the construction of the power grid project. In this paper, the whole life cycle management theory is used to establish a mathematical model of the whole life cycle management of the distribution network project. Through the calculation, the project is evaluated and the cost consumption of the power grid project is analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of the power grid project.
