摘要 本文首先总结电力系统失步解列装置原理的发展过程,并分析基于就地量判据原理的局限性,指出同步相量测量装置的广泛应用和通信技术的发展为广域失步解列系统的应用创造了条件。然后提出基于广域测量信息进行失步判别的基本原理及其实现方案,并在大电网进行了仿真计算,验证广域失步解列系统的可行性和优越性。

Abstract:The development process of the theory of out-of-step separation device is summarized, and the limitation of criterion theory based on locally variables is analysed. The wide application of PMU device and the development of communication technology create the conditions for the implement of wide area out-of-step separation system. Following, the basic principle and implementation scheme of out-of-step criterion theory based on wide area measurement information is introduced. Finally, the validity and superiority of wide area out-of-step separation system is validated by the simulation in a large power grid.
