Abstract:When the maximum power tracking algorithm for tidal current generation is studied, it is found that the generator has a stall problem. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes to add a voltage closed loop in the maximum power tracking algorithm. By controlling the speed through the voltage closed loop, the target of the maximum power tracking of the tidal power generation without stalling can be achieved.
