Abstract：This paper introduces the critical action case of main transformer gap protection caused by disconnection. Through the analysis of the whole process of this case, the main transformer clearance overvoltage and overcurrent protection are studied, and the main transformer gap protection overcurrent protection action message is described. The reason for the occurrence, the actual gap overvoltage protection action reason was analyzed, and the whole process of protection action was reproduced. Finally, this critical action is analyzed and summarized in depth, and corresponding preventive measures are proposed.
