Abstract:A new lithium-ion battery active equalization control system is designed to solve the energy imbalance problem of power battery pack. The system contained the main control chip TMS320F28335, the detection circuit, the DC/DC circuit, the equalization circuit, and the drive circuit. Unscented Kalman filter algorithm is used to estimate the charge state of lithium-ion battery pack in real time. The energy storage inductance equalization circuit is designed based on battery characteristics. The PWM signal is modulated by fuzzy-PI control algorithm to realize the active balancing of battery pack energy. The hardware experiments manifested the new lithium battery active equalization control system exhibited excellent property.
