摘要 本文采用PSCAD仿真软件,对多种截面的长电缆线路空载合闸过程进行仿真分析,找出电缆线路空载合闸电流与电缆长度的关系,并仿真分析空载合闸电流的衰减过程。根据继电保护整定的基本原理,确定常用电缆线路配置电流速断保护的最大临界长度,给出长电缆线路保护配置的建议。根据10kV断路器、负荷开关等设备开断容性电流的能力,分析不同截面的电缆线路对应的长度,以及现有补偿方案的不足,当线路超过该长度时,需要对断路器或隔离手车等设备提出特殊订货要求。

Abstract:Using PSCAD simulation software,the paper simulates and analyzes the no-load closing process of long cable lines with various cross-sections, and the relationship between no-load closing current and cable length is put forward. The attenuation process of no-load closing current is simulated and calculated. According to the basic principle of relay protection setting, the maximum critical length of current quick-breaking protection for common cable cross section is determined, and the suggestion for the protection configuration of the long cable line is put forward. According to the breaking capacitive current capacity of 10kV circuit breaker, load switch and other equipment, the corresponding length of different cross-sections of cable lines and the shortcomings of the existing compensation schemes are analyzed, and it is suggested that when the line exceeds this length, special ordering requirements for circuit breaker or isolation handcart and other equipment should be put forward.
