Abstract:In order to quantify the investment risk of UHVDC system, take into account both input costs and output efficiency of this transmission project. Base on the theory of LCC, the model is established by taking into consideration the investment cost, operation cost which contained the running wear of line and transformer, maintenance cost, fault cost and put forward an estimation equation for disposal cost, on the basis the cost structurally decompose into the device layer, the system layer and the cost of the surroundings, the concept of regional layer costs is presented by considering of the influence on UHVDC system, like DC bias and commutation failures caused by accidents of AC system, so as to build more comprehensive LCC model. And then calculate integrated benefit from the angle of brand value, sales revenue, cutting down carbon intensity and estimate the yield rate in 60 years. By using of CVaR, combining with the Monte Carlo method so as to quantify the risk of UHVDC system and predict the maximum loss with 95% and 99% confidence level aiming at further deepening the investment management of UHVDC system. Put some advice on the plan of time and space for it to connect to Fujian province.
