Abstract:In order to improve the motor starting performance and the stability of its operation, this paper designs a low cost and small power inverter based on DSP, and the main circuit adopts the integrated intelligent power module as the power device, using TMS320F28335 as the control core. In addition, in order to increase voltage utilization, this study uses the voltage space vector pulse width modulation technology to drive the power switch device IGBT on-off, which can achieve the purpose of variable voltage variable frequency. This paper presents the principle and realization method of SVPWM algorithm, and the design of hardware circuit and software program. The model of three-phase asynchronous motor variable frequency speed control system is built by using the simulink of MATLAB simulation software. The result shows that the control system runs stably, fast response, high utilization of voltage, and asynchronous motor can realize frequency control. The variable frequency speed regulating device can be widely used in electrical drive applications.
