Abstract：The quick electromagnetic brake to abandon the traditional mode of voltage source, skillfully constituted a “adjustable” current source type brake control power supply of innovative technology, and with the Y160M-6 motor as an example, through the finite element simulation analysis and quantitative, obtained the brake structure at different air gap current density and the relationship between the suction force the determination of the brake air gap, a more reasonable.
