Abstract:Brushless DC motor has been widely used in various areas of developing national economy for its significant characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, long service live etc., so it is very important to research the speed control technology of the DC motor for improving the performance of the system. Aiming at the problem of low control precision and low speed of calculation of the traditional brushless DC motor, speed control system is designed in double closed loops with PID algorithm, based on TMS320F28335 high performance controller, which including the driving circuit for commutation and the software of data processing and PWM signals generation. The testing results of experimental system show that the system realize the commutation and speed control function, and the system run smoothly, and the speed control system has good static-dynamic performance.
