摘要 UPFC换流阀中所使用的绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)在高速开通与关断中会产生大量的电磁骚扰,可能会影响外电路的正常工作。本文以Infineon公司的FF450R17ME4型高压IGBT模块为对象,着重研究了其工作时所产生的近场骚扰。文章根据单环模型及镜像法建立了IGBT的近场电磁场计算模型,并通过CST软件对模块产生的骚扰进行仿真。研究结果对预测IGBT器件电磁骚扰有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:The high switching frequency operation of IGBT, which were used to UPFC Converter Valvers, has lead to large electromagnetic disturbance and may influence the proper functioning of control circuit. We focus on the near-field electromagnetic disturbance when the IGBT module FF450R17ME4 from Infineon works properly. This paper proposed a new method to calculate the near-field electromagnetic disturbance of IGBT according to the single-loop model and the method of images. The result of study may be instructive to predict the IGBT electromagnetic disturbanc.
