摘要 H桥级联作为STATCOM主电路拓扑的主要结构,其调制策略是衡量STATCOM输出性能的一个重要指标。通过构建21电平H桥级联主电路结构并搭建载波移相(SPWM)和载波层叠式(SPWM)调制仿真模块。仿真结果表明载波移相调制能平衡各功率单元,但导致开关信号谐波增大;层叠波脉宽调制输出电压谐波低于载波调制,但各功率单元不平衡,易损坏开关器件。针对两种调制策略的优缺点提出了一种新的载波移相层叠波调制策略。仿真验证表明载波移相层叠波SPWM调制策略能够有效平衡功率单元和能降低开关信号的谐波含量。

Abstract:As the main structure of the STATCOM, H-bridge Cascade inverter modulation strategy is an important indicator to measure the performances of the STATCOM. In this paper, build the 21 level H-bridge cascade STATCOM main circuit and build the Carrier Phase-Shifted SPWM simulation module and carrier stacked SPWM simulation module. Analysis the simulation results of both modulation strategy. The simulation results show that Carrier Phase-Shifted SPWM simulation can balanced the power unit, however, the harmonic contents of the switching signal are large. When use carrier stacked SPWM simulation, the harmonics of STATCOM’s output voltage is lower than Carrier Phase-Shifted SPWM simulation. But the power units are unbalance and easy to damage the switching devices. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two modulations strategy, proposed a new carrier Phase-Shifted Stacked SPWM modulation strategy. The simulation results show that this new modulation strategy not only can balance the power units but also can reduce the harmonic contents of the switching signal. These features are better than Carrier Phase-Shifted SPWM simulation and Carrier-Stacked SPWM simulation strategy.
