Abstract:This paper proposes a method of checking watt-hour meter and power abnormity, and introduces the hardware principle, software model, checking method in details. The paper focus on the establishment of the electric anomaly model, formula calculation and judging process. The electric anomaly model includes in the event judgment model, electricity judgment model, power load model, line loss model. The terminal can calculate the proportion of each model and the value of ELI using the formula. Through cooperating with the method of checking the watt-hour meter accuracy, inspectors can determine whether the power abnormity has occurred. The whole working process of multi-function electric check terminal is included in collecting the users’ information and electric energy data, matching users’ information and filtering data, identifying electric anomaly model and checking the accuracy of watt-hour meter.
