摘要 含分布式电源的配电网发生单相短路故障时,各相短路电流的分布情况随之变化。通过对新型配电网的零序电流分布进行分析,提出用小波函数Db4对暂态零序电流进行4尺度分解,提取模极大值作为神经网络的输入,对BP神经网络进行训练,根据训练结果判断故障线路。Matlab/Simulink仿真实验表明,基于小波包变换和BP神经网络的选线算法具有良好的实用性与可靠性,且不受中性点接地方式、故障时刻以及接地电阻的影响。

Abstract:The distribution of each phase short-circuit current may be changed when a single phase grounding fault occurs in the distribution network with DGs.According to analysis of the zero sequence current, a new algorithm decomposing zero sequence current on four scales with wavelet function Db4 is presented. Fault characteristic components were extracted to train BP neural network. A distribution model with DGs is built by Matlab/Simulink to verify the algorithm. The results indicate that, the algorithm based on wavelet packet transform and BP neural network has a good practicability and reliability, which is not affected by the neutral grounding, grounding resistance and faults occurring time.
