Abstract：The submarine thermal imaging video analysis as the research object in this paper. Establish the submarine cable alarm model by video technology and computer technology. The theoretical modeling and field measured data are compared, which correctness of verification modeling. The research in the paper can provide technical support for the cable monitoring.
