摘要 风力发电和梯级水电站的综合利用能够减少化石能源的消耗。本文在分析风力发电以及梯级水力发电模型的基础上,建立了含清洁能源的电力系统中长期优化调度模型。针对不同时段风力以及不同时期水流量的随机性,利用点估计法处理此不确定性问题,通过点估计法构造相应随机变量的高级矩阵,然后求取相应随机变量的三个估计法。然后在此的基础上,利用人工鱼群算法进行每一个估计点的优化调度模型的求解,求取决策变量的期望值。最后,通过本文算例表明点估计法能够在相关约束条件下,提高计算速度。另外,本文的综合长期优化调度模型能够提高风力和水能的利用率。

Abstract:The comprehensive utilization of wind power generation and cascade hydropower stations can reduce the consumption of fossil fuels. On the basis of analysis of wind power generation and cascade hydro electric power generation model,the mid-longterm optimal scheduling model of wind-hydro-thermal system is established. In respond to the randomness of wind power and Water flow,dealing with the uncertainty problem by point estimation method. The high matrix information can be obtained by estimating the point,then the three estimation methods for the corresponding random variables are obtained. On the basis of this,Artificial fish swarm algorithm is used to solve the optimal scheduling model of each estimation point, and then the expected value of the decision variable is obtained. Finally, numerical examples show that the proposed model could accelerate the calculation speed while ensuring the precision. In addition, the combined hydro-thermal-wind optimal scheduling could reduce the consumption of fossil fuels.
