摘要 针对城市配电网发展过程中风险影响因素的不断增加,对城市配电网进行科学分析与评估,基于层次分析法建立了城市配电网运行风险评估指标体系,采用1-9标度法确定了各指标的综合权重,并结合专家经验与定性、定量得出评估结果,实现了对配电网现状的量化评估。

Abstract:It is very necessary for city distribution network planning to analyze and evaluate distributions scientifically, and with the continuous increasing influencing factors of the risk in the process of its development, a comprehensive evaluation indices system of city distribution networks based on analytic hierarchy process is established. By means of 1-9 scaling method the comprehensive weight of the index for single item is determined, thus, combine with the expert experience and quantitative and qualitative evaluation result, quantitative assessment of the situation of distribution network is realized.
