Abstract：In the IEC 60044-7/8 standard and IEC 61850-9-2LE standards based, based on the standard of IEC 61850-9-2LE, fully consider the status of the digital substation, the hardware scheme of high-speed and stable, of analog and digital electrical to measurement error, can be very good to field test, the scheme ensures the calculation accuracy of data transmission, real-time and measurement accuracy.
