Abstract：Due to the orderly electricity consumption guided by government, which carries out immediately may cause electricity interruption of the client, and it effects normal production, even harms the safety of equipment and client. If the clients can be informed in advance, the risk of loss will be reduced greatly. This paper deeply analyzed the problems during the procedure of clients informing task, and a new method of home informing is proposed, which depends on intelligent, automated program development. The new method is tested in home informing in 2015 in Nanjing, and the result shows the improving method is effectively in enhancing the success rate in informing task. Now it is used widely in Jiangsu province.
