Abstract:With the development of power electronic technology, power converters get more and more widely used, magnetic components are essential devices in power electronic devices, but also the main source of near magnetic field leakage. The near magnetic field leakage of the magnetic components caused serious impact on the performance of the circuit,In this paper, the most commonly used toroidal inductor’ near magnetic field leakage is analyzed by Ansoft Maxwell software. The effect of winding density, surface curvature of the magnetic core, core materials of permeability and end leads on near magnetic field leakage are analyzed. The results of the research, which can guide the design and layout of toroidal inductor, and provide some ideas for reducing the leakage of near magnetic field.
