Abstract：The paper emphatically analyzes the technical characteristics of the transformer isolation drive and discusses the basic requirements of protection circuit. An IGBT drive circuit with protection function and key parameter design are proposed. The analysis and tests prove this drive circuit is simple, practical and reliable.
