摘要 本文通过分析局部阴影条件下,光伏阵列旁路二极管和阻断二极管对其输出特性的不同影响,区别出旁路和阻断二极管减小功率失配损失的效果。采用适用于建立局部阴影条件下光伏阵列电路模型的Matlab自带solar cell双二极管电路模型,代替构建复杂的数学模型。仿真试验验证了光伏电池短路电流随辐照度线性变化,旁路二极管不同配置方式对应光伏阵列输出特性变化明显,光伏电池开路电压随辐照度非线性变化且变化范围更小,阻塞二极管配置前后对应输出特性变化小。

Abstract:The different output characteristic influences of photovoltaic array’s bypass diode and string diode under partially shaded conditions are analyzed. The mismatch power loss's diminishment effect of bypass diode and string diode are distinguished. The Matlab’s solar cell which is applicable to establish photovoltaic array’s circuit model replaces complex math model. Because of photovoltaic cell’s short-circuit current changes linearly with irradiance, bypass diode’s set influences array’s output characteristic obviously. Because of photovoltaic cell’s open-circuit voltage changes nonlinearly with irradiance resulting in a small variation range, string diode's set influences array’s output characteristic less obviously.
