Abstract：Low carbon environmental protection, energy conservation and emissions reduction has become the consensus of the whole society, and building energy consumption in our country, which accounts for the total energy consumption by 20%, building energy conservation is imperative. Building electric energy conservation as the important component of building energy efficiency, electric energy saving potential is tremendous. In this paper, based on present status and important in the design of building electrical energy saving can be made a brief analysis of energy-saving links and energy saving design measures are proposed, for the majority of building electrical design workers provide design reference, and promote the development of building electrical energy saving.
