Abstract:A temperature-controlling and moisture-proof device for terminal box based on WSN and semiconductor refrigeration technologies is designed in substation. The characteristic of semiconductor refrigeration is utilized to make water vapor condense into water droplet discharged in the refrigeration terminal and wireless sensor network is established to exchange information with master station system in order to implement the function of real-time monitoring and effective dehumidification simultaneously. In software, the Kalman filter algorithm is adopted to optimize the monitoring data and the online variable gain PID controlling algorithm is applied to control output for achieving the accurate and fast control. In addition, the identification method of communication message integrity and the construction scheme of wireless sensor network are put forward. The test of the on-the-spot operation shows that the designed device operates reliably and solves the condensation problem of terminal box effectively.
