Intelligent orderly management terminal unit (IOMU) is introduced next to the district distribution transformer, the short-term base load forecasting method is introduced, based on the high-speed narrowband carrier communication mode, the dynamic network and information interaction of the charging piles in the area are realized. Charging pile user to predict the amount of charge, the use of master-slave control structure to achieve access to the network of each electric vehicle orderly charge management, ensure that the charging process not only consider the user economy, but also take into account the grid security, and realize the orderly charging of car in district. At the same time, the actual structure of the system to carry out safety and economic function verification,to provide support for the scale of the scheme of power consumptive electric vehicle access and basic technology for future reference.
