摘要 随着电力系统自动化程度的不断提高,智能视频监控在电力系统中的应用也变得越来越多。本文针对智能视频监控系统所采用的动态目标检测与识别算法进行了综述。介绍了包括帧间差分法、背景差分法、光流法在内的视频移动目标检测算法、基于传统模板的识别方法以及统计学习识别方法。并对上述各种算法进行了比较,阐述了各算法的适用环境及优缺点。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of power system automation, the application of intelligent video monitoring in power systems has been more used. This article summarizes the dynamic target detection and recognition algorithms used in the intelligent video surveillance systems. The video moving object detection algorithm is introduced, including inter-frame difference method, background difference method, optical flow method. In addition, the traditional template-based recognition method and statistical learning method are also introduced. The above algorithms are compared and the applicable environment, advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm are expounded.
