Abstract:This paper reviews the innovation practice of service modes based on customer experience of the State Grid 95598, mainly introduces the application of 95598 customer label library, power lines repair APP promotion and intelligent voice quality inspection function, then compares the service results before and after the practice to provide beneficial reference for the power service industry.
