The CRP fluorescence immunochromatography quantitative detector

Abstract:In this study, a set of fluorescence immunochromatographic quantitative detector for serum c-reactive protein (CRP) is developed. The image information of fluorescent strips is collected by using CMOS image sensor, and the image noise is filtered out by the method of mathematical morphology. The Otsu threshold segmentation algorithm is used to obtain the information of the image and to calculate the results. In this study, a number of different concentrations of fluorescence immunochromatographic strips are used to detect. The result shows that the CRP fluorescence immunochromatographic detector has good repeatability, and linearity. CV<3.4% and fit R2>99%. The detector has good performance and can accurately detect CRP value.
