Abstract:This paper proposes an improved BeiDou navigation RF power amplifier solution that improves the efficiency and linearity of the RF power amplifier. The final stage power amplifier is designed using a combination of load traction and source traction. The pre-stage amplifier and driver stage amplifier are designed using power back-off technology. The conjugate matching method is used to design the inter-stage matching circuit to reduce the insertion loss. After theoretical analysis, simulation design and physical debugging, the rationality of the scheme was verified, and a high-efficiency, high-linearity, high-power RF power amplifier that can be applied to Beidou navigation terminal products was produced.
