摘要 为克服传统站内备自投装置只适应特定运行方式等局限性,保证电网持续供电,本文设计一种区域备自投系统。该系统能最大限度的适应电网运行方式的变更,有利于提高电网应对事故能力、提高供电可靠性。针对备自投系统动作后可能引起线路过载、变压器过载等过负荷问题,在系统中加入电网控制策略修正模型,对所有的备自投动作策略在执行前进行电网安全校验,建立线路过载和变压器过载两个校正方案。对于可能引起电网静态安全越限的策略进行修正,生成最终策略,保证系统动作策略的准确性、可靠性,消除过负荷问题带来的危害,保证区域电网供电可靠性。工程应用表明了该系统针对过负荷问题的准确性。

Abstract:In order to overcome the limitations of the traditional self-throwing device only adapted to specific operating modes, to ensure continuous power supply, proposed a regional automatic switchover system. The system can adapt to the maximum changes of grid operation mode, which is beneficial to improve the ability of grid to deal with accidents and improve the reliability of power supply. In order to solve the problem of overload of line and overload of transformer after the operation of the system, the correction model of power grid control strategy is added to the system, and two correction schemes for line overload and transformer overload are set up before execution of all the operation strategies. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the system action strategy and eliminate the damage caused by overloading problems, the strategy which may cause the static security limit of the power grid will be revised to ensure the reliability of the power supply in the regional power grid. Engineering applications show the accuracy of the system against overload problems.
