Abstract：This paper first describes the advantages and disadvantages of two common design methods: sequential control method and look-up table method by timer based on S7-1200 PLC in traffic light control design, and then proposes a design method of control through comparison after counting the pulses generated by the tissue blocks of internal circulation interruption in the system, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these three methods.
