Abstract：Rectifier units are important large-scale power supply equipments for electrolytic aluminum enterprises. Once power interruption occurs, they will cause significant economic losses to the company's production. When a 220kV switchgear station of a large state-owned enterprise was performing a normal switching operation, when the 220kV busbar side switch was opened/closed, it repeatedly caused a single rectifier to trip by mistake, which caused great problems in the smooth operation of the rectifier system. Potential safety hazards. For this atypical and major defect problem, professionals analyze the drawings, fault information, on-site situations, and expert consultations, and after technical transformation, effectively solve the tripping failure of the rectifier unit's atypical malfunction.
