Abstract：Effective management of system station gateway electrical energy metering is the key to ensure the normal operation of the power market. First, the lean management thinking was introduced. Then the implementation process of lean management for gateway electrical energy metering in power supply company substation was explained by identifying problems, establishing processes, defining responsibilities and formulating measures; Finally, the implementation effect of lean implementation was introduced, which provides reference for the future lean management of other professions.
