Abstract：Introduced a 220kV automatic bus transfer device, listing Thecharging conditions and starting condition-sof automatic bus transfer equipment of bus-bar coupling and line. Take Yixian 220kV substation for example, indi-cating that the problems existing in the device considering the Duplicate- bus Singular-segmentation substation, and proposes three solutions to this problem, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, it is pointed out that through the three kinds of schemes to improve the automatic bus transfer device can adaptive identification of connection of the Duplicate-bus Singular-segmentation, the parent joint preparation from the cast and line by self investment between automatic switching, improve the automatic bus transfer device of flexibility, adaptability and reliability.
