Abstract：Improving the emergency response efficiency of power grids is a key issue for dispatching to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grids. For the actual operation of D5000 system, there are some shortcomings of poor visual application and low intelligence. With intelligent search and visualization technology, the intelligent dispatching emergency decision-making system based on D5000 platform is developed. The design structure and main functions of the intelligent dispatch emergency decision-making system are introduced, including four functions: automatic dispatching of account dispatch, visual display of equipment load rate, automatic generation of accident plan and intelligent control of equipment defects. Through the use in the Wuhu dispatch control center, the effectiveness and scalability of the system are verified, the decision-making efficiency of the dispatcher's accident handling is improved, and the dispatching safety production service guarantee capability is improved.
