Abstract：This paper expounded the fault of main transformer light gas action in detail. It was determined that the accident was caused by the misoperation of the closure valve of the nitrogen-filled fire extinguishing device. Then the causes of the misoperation are analyzed, and corresponding solutions and Suggestions are put forward. It provides a basis for the safe and stable operation of nitrogen-filled fire-extinguishing device in power system.
