Abstract:In the functional silver plating of high-voltage electrical product disconnecting switch friction contact parts, a process technology to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost is studied. The hardness of the silver layer was increased by adding addition. By comparing the hardness of the silver layer was controlled by controlling the thickness of the silver layer to 10μm, 20μm and 30μm respectively. The hardness of the hard silver of 10μm was selected. Comparison with a 50μm thick silver. The results show that the thin layer of hard silver has better wear resistance and electrical properties are also in line with engineering requirements. Therefore, the thin layer hard silver plating process improves the wear resistance of the silver layer, reduces the thickness of the silver layer, and achieves the engineering goal of efficient cost reduction.
