Abstract:The temperature rise of universal circuit breaker under various working conditions is an important index to ensure the reliable operation of the circuit breaker. In this paper, a new type of universal circuit breaker contact system structure is proposed. The copper plate material coupling board is used to replace the copper braided wire (soft connection) in traditional universal circuit breaker, and the riveting mode is used to connect the moving contact and bus to the connecting plate, which improves the problems of high temperature rise and high cost of the traditional universal circuit breaker in the operation process effectively, and improves the electrical and mechanical life of the universal circuit breaker. The reliability and safety of universal circuit breaker are guaranteed.
