配电设备生命周期管理研究

摘要

本文针对配电设备生命周期管理以及配电设备数字化的生命周期成本进行了探讨。配电设备的数字化有助于配电系统自动化和配电设备运维水平的提高,但数字化是否有投资回报需要定量的分析。本文从配电设备的生命周期管理理论入手,分析了配电设备生命周期管理的关键问题,包括配电设备对供电可靠性的影响、配电设备维护及其生命周期成本。通过计算配电设备数字化的生命周期成本,本文量化地分析了配电设备数字化的投资回报。总体上,配电设备的投资回报是正的,对于重要负荷,配电设备的投资回报较好。

Abstract：

This paper discusses the life cycle management of power distribution equipment and the life cycle cost of power dis-tribution equipment digitization. The digitization of power distribution equipment helps improve the automation of distribution systems and the level of operation and maintenance of power distribution equipment. However, whether digitalization has a return on investment requires quantitative analysis. This paper starts with the theory of life cycle management of power distribution equipment and analyzes the key issues of life cycle management of power distri-bution equipment, including the impact on the power supply reliability, operation and maintenance of power distribu-tion equipment, and their life cycle costs. By calculating the life cycle cost of digital distribution equipment, this pa-per quantitatively analyzes the return on investment of digital distribution equipment. In general, the return on in-vestment of power distribution equipment is positive. For important loads, the return on investment of power distri-bution equipment is better.
